Each of these diseases seemed to start with coughing, violent coughing. Blood splurting out through saliva, this moves onto vomiting, a step up from coughing but the vomiting is all blood. This soon moved onto paralysis... Then, death. The death was harmless. No open wounds on the soon-to-be Lurker. Possibly there was a cure. In all hope there was a cure.
