The rebels lost the capitol obliterated district 13 and started what is called The Hunger Games A fight to the death. Each district must send 1 girl and 1 boy between the ages of 12 and 18 as tribute to fight in the hunger games for the entertainment of the Capitol.............Now you are the tributes and you must fight to the death
