Based of the coast of Australia, on a a small intill recently unknown island named "Sandacho Bay". Once, a deserted island in no use. Now, a milatery base!

Built with a customs building, which allows/dis-allows people in. It also has guard towers running over the top. Then it has 4 three story buildings inside. The're in pairs. With a channels running from A to B on the 2nd floor.
