In the middle of the ocean, the UAF Navy is still keeping patrol. This is located on a dock. It used to be land but it fell into the sea, like Atlantas. It was made by UAF when they found this secret platform near the UAF Spetsnaz Headquarters. They do experiments there and current have a base located there. The rising water makes this very dangerous. Be careful out there, UAF guards aren't the only threat here. You can still walk on the platform that it was made on. But be careful.
