Exactly a year has past after the first series of murders, as Jill acclimates to senior year, someone donning the Shadow Killer mask begins a new strings of killings.

Another year has gone by after learning the identity of the mastermind behind both string of killings in 2016 & 2017. Jill's college life gets interrupted when Victoria mysteriously escapes and seeks to finish what she has started.
