-Train your flexibility
(Stretching or yoga)

-Train your mind

-Train your emotions

-Eat healthy
(If you don't know how to eat nutritiously, then you don't need to take an entire class about it, just learn what your daily intake for each food group or essential vitamins and minerals should be)

-Clean a little

-Be outside a little
