When is the Halloween Spotlight happening on Roblox?
The Halloween Spotlight begins Thursday, October 23 at 9 AM PDT and ends Monday, November 3 at 9 AM PDT.
How do I complete the Halloween Spotlight on Roblox?
To complete Roblox's Halloween Spotlight and earn exclusive UGC:
• Find Gateways: In the Halloween Spotlight Hub, discover Gateways into Halloween-themed featured games across Roblox.
• Earn Runes & Keys: Complete the Halloween-themed game updates to earn Runes or Keys and unlock new Paths on your Cursed Compass.
• Return to the Halloween Spotlight Hub to discover new Paths with your Runes (or Elite Paths with your Keys).
• Complete Trials on Paths and Elite Paths to earn exclusive avatar accessories.
What is the Cursed Compass, and how do I use it?
Upon entering the forest, players will be able to equip the Cursed Compass, which guides users through the darkness to discover new Paths and Elite Paths. To unlock new Paths on your Cursed Compass, players must first obtain Runes and Keys within the participating Halloween-themed game updates.
What are Runes, and how do I get them?
Runes help players upgrade their Cursed Compass to find the next Path in the forest. Players can conquer Trials found on Paths to earn exclusive avatar accessories. To earn Runes, players must first complete Halloween-themed updates within the featured games. When the player returns to the Halloween Spotlight Hub, the number of Runes they have acquired will be displayed on their screen. Once the player has the necessary number of Runes, they can find the next Path. If a player has extra Runes, they'll automatically apply towards finding the next Path.
What are Keys, and how do I get them?
Keys help players upgrade their Cursed Compass to find the next Elite Path in the forest. Players can conquer Trials found on Elite Paths to earn rarer, more exclusive avatar accessories. To earn Keys, players must first complete Halloween-themed updates within the featured games. When the player returns to the Halloween Spotlight Hub, the number of Keys they have acquired will be displayed on their screen. Once the player has the necessary number of Keys, they can find the next Elite Path. If a player has extra Keys, they'll automatically apply towards finding the next Elite Path.
Can I play the Halloween Spotlight from outside the hub?
Yes. Players can enter the featured games directly and do not need to go through the hub to earn Runes or Keys.
Can I play the Halloween Spotlight on any platform?
Roblox's Halloween Spotlight is available to play on PC, mobile, and console platforms.
