API Parser

Uses HttpService to fetch the latest data from Anaminus' site. This uses the latest API Dump and ReflectionMetadata.xml online. (If not available, uses offline versions, which I'll update now and then) Parses the API Dump and returns a table full of tables with data. When there was extra data in the ReflectionMetadata, it's added. Check the top of this module for more information on the API.
