Notoriety Revamp Lobby v1.4

This is a place to test specific functions of the game lobby. (AND you can play on RO-Bank). Currently testing: 
-> All aspects of Lobbies 
-> Inventory System (besides character) 
-> Skill System 
-> Mask System 
-> Store/Safes 
-> Leaderboards
ANYTHING THAT DOESNT WORK RELATED TO WHAT IS ABOVE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO BRICKMAN ON TWITTER
