The intended tendency is that the evolving neural network will gradually get better at sword fighting via natural selection. Those who perish will be unable to continue their family tree, meanwhile victors will be given the undeniable choice of giving new life. Mutation within the newly manufactured subject occurs with a 99.9992375% chance.

The AI saves every 10 rounds or ~5 minutes, so the process of evolution may last years without loss of progess.
