To get a stand: Run into a devil's palm (yellow cylinder in the desert that spawns in random spots).  Similar arrow spawns as JJBW.

Rokas spawn where arrows spawn.
The game is done for now and will be updated only for bug fixes. Stay tuned for JJBW2, a better game, which is a completely different game from the bottom up.
If you bought JJBW2: You get a chance to get Ocean Man Self from a devil's palm as a stand. 
Current stands: The World 7, The World, Hermit Purple, Achtung Baby, Star Platinum, The Emperor.
Reset stats: do the Roka quest on the far right end of the beach. There's an avatar that has an eerie pumpkin head.
