In-Game Story:

The so called "Murderer" is actually scared. He is walking around the building and everyone looks scary to him. He grabs a sword, and hides it as if he was one of the "unnatural" people. When he wants to kill them, he kills them not because he is a murderer, but because he is scared of being killed or being hurt. He just wants to get back home to his family, and is looked at by everyone else as Scary and a Murderer.
