This is the final installment in the trilogy of Clock Tower Entertainment games.

After the events of FREAKSHOW PART 2, Abstractica burns Vision Park to the ground as payback for all the things Quazar (the devil) made her go through in her life. After realising the truth, she puts a curse on his demonic Recall Book that enabled the past to be manipulated, burns VP to the ground, and upon Quazar's return, he finds he cannot escape. He is now trapped, forever exiled in the burnt down ruin of his former empire.
