Charleston Nuclear Research Complex (CNRC)

Welcome to Charleston Nuclear Research Complex, run by the Garteon Energy Corporation. This place hosts a handful of new technology held underground, including their newly-built reactor known as (the) 12X. This reactor has been tested for the past 2 and a half years, after their previously tested prototype (1200X) which was inevitably decommissioned in a different facility. With this new prototype, they designed the facility and the reactor itself in hopes to be less dangerous to the public, after the incident in a different location plummeted the company's reputation. Test their abilities by visiting Garteon's recently built and futuristic research facility.
