High Command Operations Building, Colonial Military Headquarters; Earth

The High Command Operations Building, or "COBWEB" as an abbreviation was constructed over 300 years ago, and has witnessed many refurbishments since its original completion date. Despite its apparent historical appearance, the majority of the building is completely modernized and now serves as one of the many complexes comprising the Colonial Military Headquarters.

While primarily serving as a relic to store elements from both the past and present; the High Command Operations Building houses the Office of the Commandant, alongside the official High Command Meeting Chambers, and remains both a highly influential and heavily guarded facility.
