M1 - 5 hit combo attack 
M2 - power attack, hold to charge (block breaker, charging it does more damage) 
F - block
Q - dodge, pressing shift during this will flash dodge 
Shift - run, pressing Q will initiate flash step if you have it unlocked
M - meditate, helps you unlock your Shikai 

Hollow Guide: 
M1 - attack 
M2 - heavy attack (block breaker) 
E - eat, eating heals you and makes you bigger. you can evolve to higher forms by eating continuously.
