[classic] WIJ - Main Headquarters

[the first WIJ place!] [can't be raided!] The WIJ Main Headquarters is located on the largest ocean of the WIJ's prime planet. It is defended by two main defense rings, aiding the building with dual layer shields, phaser arrays and photon torpedo launchers. The building itself also has multiple weapon systems, as well as containment fields and an armory. It is given support by the System Defense Ring, securing the prime solar system with an Outer and Inner defense plan. The HQ is the most secure place on the planet. The building is powered by a Planet-issue matter/antimatter power core giving the building 4 terawatts of power.
