Fly a plane to Kohls admin! Ban list updated.

Updated the ban list, Abuser niny6 is down + more abusers banned.
Fixed all the welds that broke down, making the plane look awful.
All current known bugs are fixed :D
Aircraft carrier with 2 new jets added. This will replace the military island.
Say kick PERSONNAME HERE to vote a kick, 3 votes and hes gone. Also tell me anyone who abuses.
I will ban them.
