The Astral Sanctum

In the haste of battle, a few powerful wizards sacrificed everything to seal away parts of the land they were defending in hopes that it would help bring them to survive. In the end, the wizards fell with the tower, and this place was left untouched. As the wizards rose from the ashes and another iteration of the group began, so too was the Sanctum opened back up and used to train the new generation of wizards.
