HDB Flats from the 1970:
Remembering the old-Type HDB flats we used to live in, comparing them to the current modern HDB flats in Singapore. Thinking back again to our childhood, the place we lived, the narrow public corridor we used to have in those old-type HDB flats. It's all gone. Everything is modernised.

This flat was built somewhere around in the 1970s, just a few years later from the time Singapore faced housing shortage. The Housing Development Board (HDB) built these flats to solve the housing crisis. HDB had built sufficient housing to accommodate Singaporeans at that time, resolving the crisis.
