High Charity [WIP]

Covenant Empire rally/Government server

High Charity is the holy city of the Covenant. High Charity is a hollowed out planetoid in which a giant city exists inside. The city is powered by the Forerunner Dreadnought at a fraction of it's possible output. High Charity has back-up generators for void (Slipspace) jumps. High Charity's defenses are some of the best in the galaxy, even out-doing the defense grids of planets, as well as even the largest ships. The city is escorted by enormous fleets at all times.
