In 2034, the US government spent nearly $800 billion USD to design, build, and launch a revolutionary heavy tactical training facility and deployment vehicle for use by the federal SWAT team, which had become increasingly paramilitarized. Orbiting 460 kilometers above the surface of the Earth, the Impetum Facultatem Orbitalis has become a symbol of justice, innovation, and ambition - but most importantly, it become a constant reminder to adversaries of the United States that the US was dominant, powerful, and ready to strike from the sky at any time.
