MPB2 animation tests

damage disabled to prevent animation testers from being distracted by their ability to kill. mobile access restricted because the game doesn't work on mobiles anyway. server size is now 2 to prevent additional distraction caused by fans joining the game whenever i invite loleris over to check things out. comments re-enabled, do not make me disable them again.

i want to do a set of improvised weapons :(
