Militant Group, Zulu 24 (OPFOR) is an insurgency group that seeks to bring about a totalitarian government to control the world. Originally funded private militaries to carry out their agenda, they have taken over many small countries and have brainwashed the population, giving them a men to support their cause. 
Classified Quick Reaction Force, Task Force Spectre (BLUFOR) is a United Nations Task Force (consisting of all members of the United Nations) that responds to worldwide threats deemed detrimental to world order. Task Force Spectre is able to deploy to combat within one hour, worldwide, 24/7. 
Plot: Zulu 24 has invaded the island after gathering intel that a Soviet Nuclear Missile Silo is being decomissioned and its contents being moved. Zulu has taken out the transport aircraft designated to the transport of a nuclear warhead and has taken over the airport, becoming their base of command.
