When it comes to the final badge... well, seeing as you can't actually obtain it any more you'll have to use your imagination a bit...

Heli controls - Start Y, Stop X, Speed up N, Slow down M. (You can also perform a barrel roll!(It's actually an aileron roll, a barrel roll is completely different and so frequently used incorrectly (A lesson in aeronautics for you)) But I forgot how... Just press random buttons I guess...)

Donate Tool - Z, X, C, V, B, N, M... From what I can remember Z is the lowest (10 cash all the way to 10,000 (I think)).
