Death Ray

Take the elevator to the top of the tower. You will find a black, cylinder shaped brick. Sit on that brick to get the camera tool. While equipped, press q to look through the camera. Press Q to come out of it again. 

To fire the Death Ray, press the cylinder button on top of the 'Fire' block. There is also a self destruct button hidden somewhere in the game.
