Phantom Forces: CTE alpha test

The official Phantom Forces: Community Test Environment.
This is a new way to test out new Phantom Forces content, for free, as they're being added, as well as give feedback!

This version of the CTE is updated to Phantom Forces 1.2.0 and will include all of the content that the Phase 1 update will have. This is what Phantom Forces may become once the update is pushed over to the actual game.
