Stats:
Speed: Increases both sprint and shunpo speed, as well as decreasing shunpo cost. Very helpful for PVP.
Kendo: Increases sword damage. 
Kido: Increases abilities(including hado and bakudo for soul reapers and slash and jab for fullbringer) and Quincy bow damage.
Meditation: Increases maximum reitsu level.
Say your swords name out loud in order to get your Shikai.
