District 11 specializes in food production/agriculture. It is located in the south, and it is the largest district. People live in small homes, and the peacekeepers are very strict. Common traits are dark skin and brown eyes. Most of the inhabitants have a strong knowledge of herbs. Even though the district makes food, none of the inhabitants can take it.
