Military Base Building! (READ DESCRIPTION)

In this game, you can build your own military base, and also build your own soldiers on it! You can build bases, wars, vignettes, or anything else!
(The jail is used to keep guests out, because they grief and we can't punish them for griefing. I have nothing agaisn't guests, but it's a rule)
