F-Zero RX: Mute City: Sonic Oval

This will take a while, so don't expect a complete game, I'm also awful at scripting.

This game is heavily influenced by F-Zero GX for the Nintendo GameCube.

GAME CONTENT AS OF 23 MAR '16

- A curve which is under development
- Start line with a grid of 30
- A straight stretch of track w/ pit and 2 boosts as well as start line
- A spawn lobby with machine selection and spectator area.
   - Has guides to 8 available machines
   - Includes FZGX machine tier list and Blue Falcon sprite model
   - Captain Falcon now resides in the lobby
   - Lighting
- 8 Machines including the Blue
