The Underground War (FE)

Fixed & polished version of the classic game by stickmasterluke.

CHANGES:
- Faster digging
- Faster sniper reload
- Bullets use raycasts (ignores hats & flags)
- Headshots are insta-kill
- Fixed various bugs
- Players do not get stuck when underground caves in

UPDATE NOTES 07/08/19:
- Snipers do 66% damage to Blocks
- Added C4 (click to arm), 1 per life with 20 second minimum cooldown
