OFL | Handball

Uses OFL ball.

Handball is essentially rugby with a few simple rules.

1) Minimum/Maximum is 5v5/8v8
2) When tackled, backspace the ball.
3) If a dogpile occurs for 5 seconds, game is stopped to determine who has posession, then a throw-in occurs from the nearest spot.
4) Forward and backwards passes are allowed.
5) All games are to 20
