UD CLASSIC: Odessa v1

Originally intended to be only an overhaul of UD II Classic (hence the usage of Westdale instead of Odessa), this map never saw an official due to size issues.  Although unreleased, it served as the framework for the original release of UD: Odessa and influenced the layout of UD: Westover Islands.

Don't expect everything to work normally.
