Since he was a Pacifist, he soon got sick of being a hero and FIGHTING for truth and justice, he would rather have talked it out. After giving up the suit, a criminal named Scott Lang steals the Ant Man suit to free his daughter from a mob enforcer. After learning why he stole it, Hank told him he could keep the suit if he used it the right way.
