Oblivion's Sanctuary

Mainly an RP place.
A secluded sanctuary a small distance from the big city (Where most must travel to work, as job opportunities would be extremely limited), Oblivion's Sanctuary rests quietly and certainly not peacefully within a formation of mountainous rocks that surround the place. Devoid of trees, or any plentiful activity, for that matter, the location is frequented by criminals and disturbances, as well as riddled with either poverty or buildings breaking down as a result of weathered material and other occurrences.
