Whelen CenCom Sapphire ELS V3

I finally came back to recreate the British police force's main lightbar ELS, it's fully FilteringEnabled and is not for sale - but you can try it out here!

The panel comes with the following preset modes:
- 360
- 999
- AT SCENE

These presets will toggle a group of different light modules on the ELS and they will toggle simultaneously, meaning you don't have to press all of them one by one.

For the siren, to change the tone press H.
