Welcome to The Smile Room. The entity appears as a door with the words "The Smile Room" above on the wall. There is a big set of teeth on the door, and those who enter are considered lost as no one has returned from the door. When there are few people around, The Smile Room will relocate to an area with people, even if it is across the country. Credits for original game idea: General_Punctuation.
