Theft Outbreak is a challenging Criminal vs Police PVP battle. Robbers must go around the map and steal goods from stores, cars, jewelry or ROB a BANK to collect as much MONEY as possible! Cops have the duty to stop the THIEVES and collect their BOUNTY.
