Arcterus, built for the Republic to train troops after being released from Kamino, in order to practice beneficial teachings of Military-Combat, Techniques and keep all Soldiers up to date who were stationed on the facility.

Repurposed by the Empire to train all Branches of the Military, in order to better fit-all members for combat.
