Dania Beach Hurricane: Wooden Rollercoaster (OLD)

This project is completed! Special thanks to: TealTeam, speedgoy and NWSpacek for helping me with this project! History: Opening on 11/1/2000, Boomers opened the legendary Dania Beach Hurricane to the public and became a beloved roller coaster for Florida Coaster Enthusiasts and was also beloved by ACE. Dania Beach Hurricane was the only two coasters that was manufactured by Coaster Works, Inc. the other one being Thunder Eagle which only operated for a year. Even with all of this popularity from the legendary wooden coaster, Boomers was suffering from low attendance numbers and had no choice put the coaster into SBNO in 2011 and left it abandoned, this did not help save the park and was forced to close it's doors in 2015. 7 years after the wooden coaster closed it was later demolished to make way for city expansion, the wooden coaster has became one of the most missed attractions and will not be forgotten by ACE.
