-New shadowmap lighting
-Retuned cars (fixed steering, performance, etc.)
-Retuned buses (driveable now)
-New engine sounds (6 compact cars keep the old engine sound)
-Fixed lake in Charleston, players can't fall through anymore
-Fixed weather, it should not snow anymore
