Once purchasing the gamepass, you will need to go to the Rank Centre to be ranked. If there are any issues, please join our Communications Server and open a ticket. Here is some important information you should know about before purchasing the rank: - You will not receive any moderation commands to prevent abuse. If you encounter a situation that you cannot resolve by yourself, please head to the Communications Server and ask help from a member of the executive team and up. - You will not be able to get your rank back or get a refund if you resign, were demoted or got terminated. We do have logs of everyone who had actions taken upon and we will cross reference before we rank you. - You are not allowed to do certain tasks such as co-hosting and hosting shifts. These are solely reserved for members of the executive team and up. You will however have access to certain roles in our training's when they do release.
