No Immunity: User remains subject to platform rules and enforcement actions, irrespective of VIP status. Non-Transferable: The Gamepass is for the exclusive use of the acquiring User; transfer is prohibited. No Warranty: Provider offers no guarantees regarding Gamepass performance.
