Purchasing the Level 5 Access Card gives you access to the entirety of the Cheyenne Mountain Complex, including the Major General's office and other secret rooms you will have to discover for yourself! Furthermore, this card grants you access to enter the room with the base's Self Destruct bomb. Off-Worlders will spawn with this keycard if they purchase it.
