  • FUTURISTIC PLATFORM VISTA JFG [PBR SHOWCASE]

    Collaboration with iknosabuk! All code/scripting systems and advice by iknosabuk: https://www.roblox.com/users/49753956/profile My work is: 3D models, scene, lightning work, etc. very small code. Build Timelapse on my YT Channel! V5 Several of my 3D models are available in my Sketchfab page for free! Search me as JamyzGenius, my page will appear in Google. My irl name too JFG. Inspired by the KotOR 2 Nar Shaddaa Landing Platform, Blade Runner and Cyberpunk Art. For assets, made to practice PBR 1x UV texmap sheet assets [many in 1 UV] vs individual texmap asset/s. v1 Build: About 4 hours [With buildings already created which took 2 hours]. Note: I may be wrong, but as far as I experienced PBR does not work on Mobile. Also, texture compression is set to 1K per texture size.   • FANTASY SCI FI INDUSTRIAL HALL PBR SHOWCASE JFG

    Allowed to Copy/Open In-Studio. 3D Models in Sketchfab and Toolbox! Credits: iknosabuk for all the cool effects and the night day cycle system. All code by him plus feedback and particles to enhance the showcase Papitas6 [JFG/JamyzGenius]: I made the 3D models and textured everything. Software used Substance Painter and Blender For this one, I decided to have fun and decided to put many polygons and bevels into my 3D models. I wanted to push things a little bit further from my usual lowpoly workflows. I personally like 3D models with more polygons, they are more fun to create than very rigid lowpoly stuff. Either way this one was a quick fun showcase made with my bro iknosabuk and I wanted to share it.   • Wet Hall PBR JFG V2

    V2 Small Hall PBR textured [few meshes] using concrete and a wet-like roughness effect. 1K texture size, it should only work on PC, turn graphics to max. I wanted to make something like this to see how Roblox behaves with roughness wet-like kind of surfaces PBR. It was horror theme back then but now it evolved into magic-fantasy-like theme o.O... Anyways there are no jumpscares! thanks! Challenges while building this showcase: I wanted to make something with a few uniquely textured/baked set of meshes and then 90% of the map with 1 trim-sheet texture. The latter was the challenge. Trim-Sheet parts built in about 3 hours, this includes the texture and 3D models plus setting up the scene in Roblox Studio. Recently I had been discovering the true power of 3D model texturing techniques such as seamless, trim-sheet and tile-sheets.   • Cloning Tank Chamber PBR Showcase JFG

    Timelapse development video: https://youtu.be/6bTsI9om1bw This is a PBR scene I started around January 05 2023. Worked until 6th then left in the dust. Recently I returned to it during April and May and decided to do some more work and release it. This one is not made with optimization in mind. Uses many textures. 3D Asset method was pretty much baking _high to _low and texturing a unique PBR set for many pieces. Most 3D models 1k PBR texture sets. Not really compatible with mobile. To begin with, the PBR textures will not load so it may look way off. Made for PC. It may require a mid high-end machine. Made for funs, mostly it is sci-fi theme.   • Small PBR Dungeon JFG [Showcase]

    Timelapse: https://youtu.be/j1tSSoaU-ks Showcase with several 3D assets I made. The challenge was to craft something with a brick tilesheet mostly. PBR based. The entire environment is mostly/roughly built via tilesheet method [Texturing] and modular based 3D low poly assets. Originally built around May 29 2022 Worked for a few days or so and returned to it in a new template on 5/6/2023 and continued work the next day until V1 finished. Originally, I was going to start from scratch, but I liked what I had so kept going with that. The brick tilesheet I made and used is about 256x256 per texture map. 4 maps total for PBR. The normal_map for this set for example is about 112kb. In the other hand the torch uses a PBR 512x512 texture set. That prop I made baking _high to _low.   • LASER RUNNER - Prototype Stage Concept - Showcase

    This is a stage I made some time ago. I wanted to build something made for a laser wall jump game. I made 3D models and place/build. I asked my bro iknosabuk for some help with the code and also followed some videos from DevKing to get this small prototype working.   • PBR TEST - EXPERIMENT - SHOWCASE

    PBR Test Scene It is an underground bunker or abandoned base. Story is that some faction left some supplies here and some kind of abandoned project. Possibly someone was developing a super-weapon but was unable to complete it. The place looks like everyone had to leave in a rush. I built the 3D models + scene.   • Diabrux Experimental Map Inspired by Diablo 2 LOD

The goal was to make something inspired by Diablo 2 LOD and LOTR I brought Iknosabuk into it for feedback. All credits to the creators of Diablo 2 LOD and The Lord of the Rings trilogies. This map is heavily inspired by their design and art group. This map does not represent my current skillset. Includes: Plains Caves Dungeon Hell Cows/Secret Area Everything is rough around the edges, art, animations etc. Hold Shift to Sprint. This may evolve into a game someday, probably.   • ROBLOX ZOMBIE EXPERIMENT [Experiment/WIP]

    Pick guns, survive waves and destroy zombies. The more you survive, the better the weapons you get. Be careful though! you only have one life and the game will kick you out if you are defeated o.o. Used YouTube tutorials to get the wave effect and game kicked out effect. Place built by me, I made some of the code. Game is buggy, mechanics are not final. Made to practice and for fun, I may return to finish it someday. WIP, some features are broken. Check it out, but it is experimental, not finished.   • [Showcase] Stylized Obby JFG

    [Showcase] Stylized Obby JFG Recently I got to work in a collaborative game project where I practiced a lot of stylized pbr artwork. I wanted to do some more and do some experiments here. So, I created this new small batch of 3D assets sticking with my old PBR Stylized workflow and translating these here. I am quite happy with the results. I hope you like this small place too.
