Area K-91 was founded 10 years ago while a highway was being build through Siberian Ural Mountains. A trail was found while going through this area, and it lead to an abandoned gold mine. The Russian Military asked for it because of its safe location. Area K-91 is now a Military Base. No civilians, no photography, no videos, and no passing without clearance. This is the most restricted area, by far, the Russian Military. Any Civilian/ Raider to pass the fence in the field (which marks the Property line of the Military) will be commanded to return to public land, or be shot at.
