When you take 3 flags, the 45 minutes stops counting and the 15 minutes starts. When AC takes it back though, is when it starts counting. It has to be at least 2 AC members and 1 High Rank there for you to win, and same with your side. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
