An old cargo station with unfinished parts turned into an outpost. Located on an island just off of the coast of Peacelania. A former UCR Naval ship, the "Kinglime", rests here. There's a popular UCR helicopter resting on the helipad of the Kinglime and two of them inside the original island Also, as part of a manmade island extension, a small dirt airfield was added. It holds a 737-500 which is used for VIP transport and a C-17 which is used for troop transport.

Due to it's small size, there is only one city present on the island called Black Sky City, but artificial island extensions have been laid out to accommodate some city structures, such as the airport. Potential island extensions for various other structures have been planned out and may occur sometime in the future. Avanta cars are extremely popular on Black Sky Island as they are the current and only car company that imports their vehicles
