A settled HQ built in 1968, on 5th avenue, Manhattan, NY, this building is where the heart, soul, blood, sweat and tears of it's owner Franco Avanzo went. This was by-far one of his greatest assets, raking in an average of 450 Million a month. The only bad year the company had was 2008, the year Franco Officially hung up his hat, and then the market crashed. Luckily, it recovered in a short 3 years.

My old office was torn down in 1996, after a long, long time of my clients vs. law successes since 1968. Retiring for the last time 7:49pm 2/12/16. Will continue to be active in my businesses, and will continue to disavow the corrupt power, while still trying to be the smooth operator I am.

Lore: In the 50's and up to the 60's the US Government developed places known as "Nuke Towns" to test the power of their atomic bombs during the era known as the Cold War. Flash forward to 1972, Franco Avanzo an amateur businessman started purchasing the remnants of these nuke towns and sought to make valuable real estate off of them. Flash forward to 1975, Avanzo successfully renovates and recreates these new communities and even tries to develop these houses to become more advance than the best of his time. 1976, Avanzo finally opens the houses with a high price, and many rich people invest and buy some property.
